Best for teams not familiar with DISC who work in different locations or remotely.
This 90-minute interactive workshop:
provides individual and team contexts for DISC,
explores the DISC framework,
shows how to understand and use your profile,
shows individuals how to use their profile to become more personally effective at work,
guides teams to working together more effectively.
This option is suitable for dispersed teams or a budget that does not enable team-members to come together.

This 2 - 3 hour workshop:

DISC Team Workshops in New Zealand
We run two DISC team workshops, each led by a certified Everything DiSC facilitator from Archetype Leadership + Teams. The live online workshop (90 minutes, $650 + GST) suits teams anywhere in New Zealand. The in-person workshop (2–3 hours, $950 + GST) is delivered anywhere in New Zealand, from our bases in Auckland and Wellington. DISC profiles are priced separately.

What is a DISC personality test?
A DISC personality test is a behavioural assessment that measures how you and your team communicate, respond to challenges, and work with others. The online assessment takes 15–20 minutes and produces a personalised report covering your behavioural style, motivators, stressors, and communication preferences — giving you practical, immediately applicable insights into how you work.

What does a DISC report include?
Your DISC report is a personalised written document — not a generic summary. It covers your DISC style, your dot placement on the DISC wheel, what stresses you, your preferred ways of communicating, and what motivates or drains you. Workshop packages include a facilitated group session; with profiles only, you can add a 30-minute online debrief for $190 + GST.

How many profiles do I need for a team workshop?
Our team packages work from two people upward — there is no minimum group size. Pricing is based on the number of participants, and both online and in-person workshop options are available. If you are unsure which package suits your team, get in touch and we can recommend the right option.

How much does a DISC profile cost in New Zealand?
$190 + GST for one profile, $170 + GST each for 2–9, $155 + GST each for 10–29 and $140 + GST each for 30 or more. Workshops cost $650 + GST (online, 90 minutes) or $950 + GST (in person, 2–3 hours), plus profiles. A 30-minute online debrief is $190 + GST.
Where do you run in-person DISC workshops?
Our facilitators are based in Auckland and Wellington, and we travel to run in-person workshops anywhere in New Zealand; travel costs may apply. Online workshops are available anywhere in New Zealand.
How quickly will we receive our DISC profiles?
We issue assessment links within one business day of your order. Each profile is delivered within 24 hours of that person completing the assessment.
