Best for teams not familiar with DISC who work in different locations or remotely.
This 90-minute interactive workshop:
provides individual and team contexts for DISC,
explores the DISC framework,
shows how to understand and use your profile,
shows individuals how to use their profile to become more personally effective at work,
guides teams to working together more effectively.
This option is suitable for dispersed teams or a budget that does not enable team-members to come together.

What is a DISC personality test?
A DISC personality test is a behavioural assessment that measures how you and your team communicate, respond to challenges, and work with others. The online assessment takes around 20 minutes and produces a personalised report covering your behavioural style, motivators, stressors, and communication preferences — giving you practical, immediately applicable insights into how you work.

Your DISC report is a personalised written document — not a generic summary. How many profiles do I need for a team workshop?
Our team packages work from two people upward — there is no minimum group size. Pricing is based on the number of participants, and both online and in-person workshop options are available. If you are unsure which package suits your team, get in touch and we can recommend the right option.
